Dan brings nearly 15 years of FMCG experience across Australia, New Zealand and the UK. He started in Brand Management before finding his groove in Sales. During his time at SC Johnson & McCormick, Dan has worked on some of world’s most recognisable household brands, from Drano to Ziploc.

Now, as co-founder of Blueprint, he’s on a mission to help founder brands win in retail, without the guesswork.

Michael van der Salm, Head of Home & Personal Care

Mike jumped straight out of university into stacking shelves at Woolworths, before climbing the ladder to become a Category Manager across a wide range of areas. He sharpened his skills at Bunnings, before making the move to supplier-side as Head of Sales at Anihana.

As co-founder of Blueprint, he now uses his knowledge of both sides of the desk to help brands grow faster & smarter.
